Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.

Lumens is currently looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to support in the hiring of our growing business within the mobility industry! This position will be a critical member of our wider Talent Acquisition team. Alongside your line manager, you will develop and implement creative strategies to deliver against our hiring needs, making a direct impact on the growth of our company.

Your role

Design and update job descriptions for various roles across the organization.

Source candidates from diverse channels, including job boards and networking events.

Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants via phone, video, and in-person meetings.

Build and maintain a candidate network through direct sourcing and relationship management.

Provide qualified candidate shortlists to hiring managers for review and consideration.

Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless hiring process and candidate experience.

Monitor HR metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire to optimize recruitment strategies.

Participate in job fairs and organize recruitment events to attract potential talent.

Compile consistent job requirements by collaborating with department managers.

Deliver recruitment reports to line managers and business stakeholders to track progress.

What we are looking for

Min 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in agency/staffing or in-house roles

Proficient in interviewing, assessing candidate suitability efficiently.

Skilled in building relationships with active and passive talent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive abilities.

Capable of multitasking, adapting to changes, and problem-solving in a team environment.

Works well under pressure with excellent MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency.

Prior experience in mobility/transportation industry is a plus.
