Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.
Emerging strong from the Covid-19 period, Lumens is building for an exciting new era that brings in a wide range of merchants and individual consumers to our ecosystem. By owning a critical mass of vehicles and driver relationships, we are able to innovate on vehicle setup, driver upskilling & deployment, as well as technology and data capabilities to build mobility platform services that impact our everyday lives.
Your role
•
Assist in conducting market research of the mobility industry and gathering user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.

Actively support the product development lifecycle, from defining product features, writing user stories, designing go-to-market strategy and measuring its impact post-launch.

Work closely with engineering, design, and other business teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet customer's needs.
•
Support the team tracking key product performance metrics, A/B testing results and user behaviour to drive continuous product improvements.
•
Participate in the testing and validation of new features and provide feedback to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
•
Prepare detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and assist in the development of a knowledge base and lessons-learned documentation.
What we are looking for

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and relevant computer software.
•
Independent and proactive team player capable of meeting tight deadlines.
