Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.

Emerging strong from the Covid-19 period, Lumens is building for an exciting new era that brings in a wide range of merchants and individual consumers to our ecosystem. By owning a critical mass of vehicles and driver relationships, we are able to innovate on vehicle setup, driver upskilling & deployment, as well as technology and data capabilities to build mobility platform services that impact our everyday lives.

Your role

Foster relationships with driver-partner communities via internal channels, social media, blogs, and forums.

Conceptualize and execute localized engagement strategies to cultivate vibrant communities.

Implement communication platforms to track engagement metrics and performance insights.

Support events and activations at Drivers Centre Flagship, overseeing budgets, timelines, and production.

Collaborate on driver partner engagement and programming strategies for Lylo Driver Centre partnerships.

Promote Lylo events and Driver Centre awareness through media partnerships.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to actualize ideas and initiatives.

Develop best practices for community activations to enhance product development. `

Serve as a central contact for driver-partner feedback and issue resolution within Lylo's ecosystem.

Act as a bridge between driver-partners and internal teams, providing support and information.

What we are looking for

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking.

Collaborative and capable of working independently.

Detail-oriented and proactive in taking initiative.

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, F&B, events, or hospitality. `

Diploma from a recognized institute.

Availability for a 5.5-day work week commitment.
