Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.

Customer-centric role focusing on delivering strong and effective operations coordination support in ensuring
day to day LyloDrive operations are optimised and fulfilled per standard operating procedures and service
standards for short-term hirers.
Your role
•
Support day to day operations for LyloDrive include movement of vehicles; check-in and check-out of
vehicles and coordination of traffic flow within designated collection/return sites.
•
Support car turnover and grooming according to delivery standards for LyloDrive.
•
Liaise and manage short-term hirers on assigned operations issues.
•
Engagement of LyloDrive clients for any enquiries and also contract review for both car collection and
return.
•
Support operations control in acquiring vehicles and releasing vehicles from corresponding BUs.
•
Support operations control in organising; planning and deployment of resources for vehicle delivery and
collection.
•
Support operations control and liaising with LyloConcierge operations in organising; planning and
deployment of driver-partners for driver pick-up services.
•
Inculcate safety values and importance of service quality.
•
Enforce compliance to SOP(s) and instructions from LyloDrive Operations Control.
•
Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
